The villa overhangs the famous Flamands’ beach which is only at three minutes on foot.
The villa has been completely renovated (new kitchen, bathrooms, living room, decks, private tropical garden, etc..) in 2011 to the finest european taste with all the modern american amenities (Dish network, flat screen TV, CD, I pod connect, Gas BBQ) to offer a large living opened onto a covered terrace which overhangs the swimming pool and the view on the Flamands’ bay.
The bedrooms, all under the same roof are at the level of the swimming pool which makes it an ideal villa for a family.
Roc Flamands: The private lot of Roc Flamands is a set of 14 private villas situated on the heights of Flamands. This private estate is within walking distance to the beach of Flamands.
